AWe should discuss until we all agree. It is important that everyone feels heard. BSomeone needs to step up and decide so we can move forward efficiently.

5. Deciding

You and your teammates have different opinions on a key creative decision. What should happen next?

AWe should keep discussing until we reach a decision that works for everyone. BThe designated leader or most experienced person should make the final call.

6. Trusting

You have just been assigned a new team to work with. What makes you feel confident in them?

AIf they show up on time, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work, I trust them. BI feel more comfortable if we spend some time bonding and getting to know each other first.

7. Disagreeing

You strongly disagree with a teammate's creative direction. How do you handle it?

AI openly tell them why I disagree and explain my reasoning. Debate makes ideas better. BI try to find a subtle way to suggest an alternative, or let it go to avoid conflict.

8. Scheduling

A deadline is approaching, but one of your teammates suggests taking extra time to refine the work. What is your reaction?

AWe need to stick to the deadline. Structure and reliability are important. BIf a little extra time improves the work, I am okay with being flexible.

9. Team roles

You are in a group where nobody has clearly defined roles. What do you do?

AI naturally take charge, or look for a leader to structure the team. BI prefer that we work fluidly, letting roles emerge based on what people naturally gravitate toward.

10. Stress in a team setting

Your team is under pressure to deliver a final project. How do you handle the stress?

AI focus on the work and making sure we complete it efficiently. BI check in on the group's morale and ensure that everyone feels okay.
